The Curve CB is a customizable call button that connect to the Curve Digital Hub and transmits a pre-recorded message to your Motorola Curve, DLR or DTR or two way radio to alert you or your employees when a customer presses the button for assistance.
The Curve CB Wi-Fi Call Button connects with the Motorola Curve Digital Hub to connect to your radios. As soon as the customer presses the Curve button for assistance, the Curve Digital Hub transmits an alert to your Curve compatible radio fleet for instant response from an employee, eliminating the need for a PA system. Designed for use in-store or curbside, the Curve Digital Hub and CB Call Button work in tandem to improve response times in an efficient and discreet manner.
The Curve CB Wi-Fi Call Button consists of a single button with an LED that lights when pressed, assuring the customer that the message is sending and help is on the way. The button provides intuitive operation without complicated instructions. Simply push and release. The CB transmits on 2.4GHz + 5GHz Wi-Fi frequencies and supports 802.11a, g Wi-Fi standards. It includes 2 internal batteries with an estimated operating life of 2-3 years based on 6-10 button presses per day.
The Motorola Curve Call Button is ideal for use indoors in retail stores, warehouses, hotels, hospitality centers, restaurants, fitting rooms, supermarkets and other locations where customers may need assistance in a fixed location.
The Curve CB Wi-Fi Call Button is available in your choice of glass mount, blade style, counter top mount and wall mount blade versions.

About the Motorola Curve Portal
The Curve Ecosystem with advanced Wi-Fi functionality requires a subscription to Motorola’s Curve Portal. The portal allows configuration of the Virtual Voice Assistant. This system also allows you to configure your radio names and departments and set up messaging.
The Curve Ecosystem is built for retail. Using the Curve Portal, software hooks can be developed that connect to your existing systems. This would allow the potential for enabling custom voice functions such as a “Stock Lookup” or “Price Check”.
